The Menu

Please choose from each of the 3 courses a favourite and put together your own favourite menu.

Starter:

(V1) "Devils on horseback" = Prunes matured in port with caramelized walnut kernel covered with bacon.
(V2) Baby leaf salad with grilled strips of beef in Teriakysauce and grilled ciabatta.
(V3) Grilled Halloumi-Cheese with fig mustard, grape vinaigrette and grilled ciabatta.
(V4) Grilled melon with Cecina ham on a bed of rucola salad, parmesan and roasted pine kernels.
(V5) Prawn skewer with lime mayonnaise and grissini.

Main course:

(H1) Grilled Iberricó filet (Belotta-Pata-Negra) covered with bacon, served with grilled vegetables and rösti.
(H2) Smoked Salmon heated on olive wood with potatoes sprinkled with sesame seeds and spinach.
(H3) Grilled beef with potato gratin, grilled vegetables and spring onions in a port jus.
(H4) Grilled Taras-Major with pureed truffles, grilled vegetables, and pepper-cognac jus.
(H5) Satay skewer of grilled chicken breast in Teriaky sauce with grilled potatoes and corn on the cob.

Dessert:

(D1) Grilled banana with fruit kernels, caramel, and cream.
(D2) Grilled fruit skewer with marshmallows.
(D3) Rindertatar auf gegrillten Ciabatta.
(D4) Vanilla ice-cream with hot cherries and cream of chocolate.
(D5) Cheese platter with grilled fruit.

Our grill courses take place on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Course duration appr 5 to 8 hours. After receiving your pre-registration, we will contact you immediately.
