DEAR CLUB MEMBERS, DEAR GUESTS,
Due to the huge demand and the interest a lot of guest have shown, to deepen their knowledge concerning meat and how to grill it have moved us to introduce and offer regular grill courses. Many of you have also voiced the wish to be able to grill a steak or to cure fish on a HaJaTec charcoal grill; the courses will enable you to have a go.
The Goldhorn-Beefclub attaches great importance to high quality and satisfied guests. This philosophy is reflected in the seminars. Because of this we only use prime products.
Not all products have to be necessarily expensive when we talk quality. But surely the old adage prevails: the higher the quality the more expensive the product.
Exclusive grill courses for private persons (on set days) as well as
Grill courses for corporate business (Appointments, Topics, and Agenda will be agreed upon individually) Grill courses
Each course participant, who has taken part in all 8-module grill courses (the sequence is discretionary), has the opportunity to take an exam. The exam consists of a written exam (3 questions from each course, that is 24 questions), an oral exam (5 questions and knowledge of products), and a practical exam (for instance grilling a menu with the correct cooking levels).
After a successfully passed exam participants will receive a diploma with a Goldhorn Grill Professional card. With this card the course participant will receive a discount of 10% on all their club invoices as well as on all not personalised Goldhorn-Products (for instance meat, grills, charcoal, olive oil, spices etc.).
During our courses we will teach you the basis of grilling. The courses last for about 5-8 hours and will be conducted in small groups.
In each course there is a main topic. The topics are:
Pork, Beef, Lamb, Game, Poultry, Fish, Seafood, Exotic food
The course fee per person is according to the topic between Euro 300 and Euro 400. Further information to grill courses are available via our newsletter and our home page.

Our grill courses always take place Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.
