The perfect Goldhorn style baby back ribs from the smoker.
The preparation of the ribs is done by the course participants themselves. The smoke process is explained step by step and carried out together. The finished ribs are then eaten together as an appetizer with coleslaw and toasted baguette.
The perfect charcoal grilled steak.
The course participants learn a lot about steaks and then everyone grills their own steak over charcoal. Once the steak has reached the desired level of doneness, the appropriate side dishes are available at our buffet.
Finally, we make pancakes together with blueberries, maple syrup and a touch of powdered sugar.

The 3 grilling rules:
1. We are all on a first name basis.
2. The term vegetarian is replaced by unsuccessful hunter.
3. The word electric grill is taboo.
Please dress appropriately and wear sturdy shoes. We will provide you with name tags and aprons.
Between 2:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. you can use our GOLDHORN-BEEFCLUB rooms for internal company presentations.
We will first welcome you with a drink. You will then receive name tape and an apron. Our team will then briefly introduce themselves and inform you about the course.

Our grill courses take place on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Course duration appr 5 to 8 hours. After receiving your pre-registration, we will contact you immediately.
